Crawlie started from a simple frustration: most "free" SEO tools ask for an email, cap your scans, or hide the useful part behind a paywall. We wanted something you could open, use immediately, and trust.
Every audit and every tool on this site runs client-side, in your own browser. When you audit a live URL, we make a single read-only request to fetch that page's HTML — nothing is stored on a server, and nothing you paste or type ever leaves your device unless you choose to download a report.
We built the audit around the signals that consistently matter: clear titles and descriptions, one purposeful H1, fast and mobile-friendly pages, structured content, working HTTPS, and shareable social previews. It won't replace a full technical crawl of a 10,000-page site, but it will tell you, honestly and immediately, what to fix first.
On-page SEO (titles, descriptions, headings, alt text, canonicals), content quality (word count, readability), technical health (HTTPS, structured data, indexability), mobile readiness, performance proxies (page weight, render-blocking scripts) and social sharing tags.
We don't create accounts, store your reports, sell your data, or limit how many audits you run. There's no backend database — the whole thing is static files and JavaScript.
